The villa is composed by two apartments furnished with great care in modern style. Each apartment has on the ground floor a large living room with tv corner, bathroom and kitchen; on the first floor a double room, a twin double room and a bathroom. To enjoy the stay: wi fi system, stereophonic dolby surround equipment, 4 Tv-sat, 2 bathrooms with Jacuzzi, one with sauna and Turkish bath, kitchen with dishwasher and oven. The villa can accommodate nr 8 persons.

The rates of the whole villa refer to a maximum of 8 persons and include use (light/gas/water), bed linen with change during the week kitchen/bath linen, cleaning at the beginning of the stay and at midweek. To pay at destination: extra cleaning during the week on customer request: € 120,00 – extra bed/bath/kitchen linen: € 100,00 total for 8 person per change. The cost of heating will be calculated on the real consumption. Deposit required: € 500,00.
