“Casolare” located in the heart of the hills of the “Piceno” countryside at few minutes’ car from “Loro Piceno” village, historical place well-known for the famous “Vino Cotto” (typical product of Marche Region made with the wine cooked and flavoured). The location of “Villa Le Vigne” makes it the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by a unique panorama. The name of the Villa comes from the close vineyard of “Rosso Piceno”, owned by the Saputi’s family, a producer of excellent wines (from “Rosso Piceno” to “Verdicchio”). Recently restored with great care, the Villa preserves the charm of a country house through its exposed rafters, the cotto bricks and the fireplace, to spend a stay in touch with the nature. Not too far from the Villa, the National Park of “Sibillini” Mountains and the “Urbisaglia” Park, while the sea is only a 20-minutes’ drive (30 km).

The “Casolare” offers to its guest: a green grass to relax under the sun, an equipped swimming pool with sun-beds surrounded by the panorama of the “Piceno” hills, pleasant walking in the nature, parking area, barbeque and a wide portico just in front of the swimming pool where relaxing during the afternoon.
The farm house has nr. 5 bed rooms with private bath room and multifunction shower (sauna and hydro-massage); all rooms are with a beautiful view on the surrounding countryside. A wide professional kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and reading area with armchairs and coffee bar.

The rates of the whole villa refer to a maximum of 10 persons and includes use (light, gas, water), bed/kitchen/bath linen, final cleaning. To pay at destination: extra cleaning during the week on customer request: € 70,00 (4 hours), extra kitchen/bed/bath linen: € 100,00 total for 10 people for change. Extra cot: € 10,00 per day. Compulsory deposit : € 700,00. Minimum stay 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival: 15:00pm-19:00pm - Departure: before 11:00am.
