The Villa is situated in an excellent position, just few minutes from the sea (5km.) but deep in the heart of the Marche countryside. This beautiful location, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean maquis offers its guests a relaxing holiday in our land without losing the services offered by the proximity to the historic town of Pesaro, birthplace of Gioacchino Rossini and famous seaside destination.

The rates of the whole villa refer to a maximum of 10 persons and includes use (light, gas, water), bed/kitchen/bath linen, final cleaning. To pay at destination: extra cleaning during the week on customer request: € 100,00, extra kitchen/bed/bath linen: € 100,00 total for 10 people for change. Extra cot: € 10,00 per day. Deposit required: € 1.500,00. Minimum stay 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival: 15:00pm-19:00pm - Departure: before 11:00am.
