The relais residence offers to its guest: garden with swimming pool with jacuzzi area equipped with sun-beds, bar, little sauna (suitable for 1/2 persons), relax area and running machine, Wi Fi internet connection, self-service laundry, billiard room, barbecue. Many other services are at disposal of the guests and included in the rate: service beach with beach umbrella and deck chair in San Benedetto del Tronto beach, one sailing boat (Flying Junior, FJ) and one canoe (according to availability). Other services on request at payment: guided excursions for mountain bikers and trekkers.
