The historic villa with turret of the 1.700 is located in a large park on the top of a hill overlooking the city of Pesaro. The name of the villa derives from a majestic century-old pine that was a reference point for sailors and navigators of the early of '900. the elegance of the villa and its location, just few minutes from the sea and the city but surrounded by nature, make ideal the Pignocco for those who love the countryside and the relax without having to give up the sea and the city's services.
