The historic farmhouse of the 1.700, which was the hunting lodge of a noble family, is located in the hinterland of Fermo, at only 5 minutes by car from the beaches of Porto San Giorgio. The estate has just been restored with care by the owners according to the country traditions. Its position, on the top of a hill and surrounded by ancient trees, make Tenuta Sant’Elisabetta as an oasis of peace and relax, just a short walk from the sea.
SERVICES
The estate has a large garden equipped with sun umbrellas and chairs, parking, meeting lounge, wood oven and a barbecue available for guest, paths for walking in the country, massages on request. The owner arrange for its guests daily trips by sailboat to visit the Natural Park of Monte Conero.
ACCMODATION
The estate could accommodate its guests in rooms and apartment of different size. Rooms: nr. 3 double rooms with private services are furnished with elegance and attention to details. Each room is painted in its own colour: Curry, Vaniglia e Menta (Curry, Vanilla and Mint). Apartments:
Peperoncino - Small two-room apartment located on the first floor and made up: bathroom, double room and living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Large sun terrace with table and chairs shared with the Terrazza apartment. Suitable for 2 people.
Charme - Large two rooms apartment for 4 people, located on the 1st floor and made up: bathroom, bedroom and spacious living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Small terrace with table and chairs for exclusive use.
Pistacchio - Large three rooms apartment for 6 people, located on the 1st floor and made up: bathroom, bedroom, bed room with double bed in the loft and large living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Large sun terrace with tables and chairs shared with the Peperoncino apartment.
Ribes – Large two rooms apartment for 4 people and made up: bathroom, double room and spaciouse living room with double sofa bed and kitchen corner. Little private terrace.
