Country farmhouse of the early '900 completely renovated with great care by the owners in 2009 with respect of the country tradition. The Villa is situated in an excellent position, just few minutes from the sea (5km.) but deep in the heart of the Marche countryside. This beautiful location, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean maquis offers its guests a relaxing holiday in our land without losing the services offered by the proximity to the historic town of Pesaro, birthplace of Gioacchino Rossini and famous seaside destination.
SERVICES
The farmhouse offers its guests: a large lawn for relaxing in the sun, walks in the small tracks around the villa, parking, barbecue and two large porticos equipped with tables and chairs. Inside the villa: two large elegant lounges with fireplace, a reading room on the first floor, laundry.
