TRAVEL CONTRACT AND RESPONSABILITY
Bookings are regulated by the present general conditions, by the law n. 111 17 of March 1995, by the ECC directive n. 90/314 and by the law n. 1084 of 27/12/1977. In any case Discover Marche by Mondo Viaggi srl responsibility will not exceed the limit foreseen by the above mentioned laws. In case of “force majeure”, Discover Marche reserves the right to change the structures with others similar and nearby. Discover Marche is not responsible for any damages caused by the clients.
BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made by fax: 0039/0721/376441 or with the form present in our web site: www.discovermarche.com.
Bookings are subjected to availability. Booking acceptance will be sent by fax or e-mail by Discover Marche who will consider the booking confirmed only after receiving a 30% of deposit or the full cost of the holiday.
RATES
The rates published in this web site includes tax and service. In case of their increase, the rates will be conformed to the fluctuation. They do not include: drinks, general extras, entrances, tips and all not clearly mentioned
PAYMENTS
Upon confirmation of a booking, a 30% of deposit must be paid. The payment of the balance will have to be made within 21 days before the arrival. Payments through bank transfer are accepted. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (VOUCHER)
Travel documents will be sent (by e-mail) from Discover Marche only after having received the total amount of the invoice.
TERMINATION OF HOLIDAYS IN ADVANCE
If the holiday is brought to an end before the foreseen return date, no reimbursement shall be made unless the group presents to Discover Marche a written declaration from the hotel Direction stating that no charge will be made for unused service. Discover Marche will reimburse only the amount authorized from the hotel, minus eventual agency expenses.
CANCELLATION BEFORE DEPARTURE
In case of cancellation, Discover Marche applies the following cancellation fee, further the costs to cancel the services:
- 20% of the total amount until 30 days before guests’ arrival;
- 50% of the total amount from 29 to 15 days before guests’ arrival;
- 70% of the total amount from 14 to 7 days before guests’ arrival;
- 100% up 6 days till no show.
COMPLAINTS
Claims can only be made by the group once the full cost of the holiday has been paid. However, any complains should be reported immediately to the supplier in resort and also to Discover Marche, in written form and during the trip. If the complaint is not sorted out during the holiday period, a registered letter should be sent to Discover Marche within 10 days of returning from your holiday. Discover Marche has taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided as described on the present brochure. Discover Marche will not be responsible for any changes made from the suppliers of which they have not been informed.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
For any dispute, the Civil Court of Pesaro is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority.
SUPPLEMENTS
It could be requested supplements during the festivities, manifestations, recurrences which will be communicated to you at the moment of the request.
INSURANCE COVER
Discover Marche by Mondo Viaggi srl is covered by the policy n° 17007 with Europ Assistance insurance company for civil liability, in conformity with the law n. 2 of 04/01/87. A warranty fund has been established by the Italian Government Authorities to safeguard the clients in the case of Discover Marche insolvency or bankrupt, safeguarding a holiday refund and repatriation of the clients if abroad.
