Agriturism “Ca’ Verde” is a restored farmhouse of the early ‘900, surrounded by 5 hectares of olive and fruit trees in the heart of the Regional Park of San Bartolo. The farmhouse overlooks the hills of the hinterland with a view on the historic Castle of Gradara. This is the ideal place for those who love living in the hills without give up enjoying the sea, at only 3km from the farmhouse, in an area rich in history and tradition at few steps from the medieval villages of Casteldimezzo and Fiorenzuola di Focara. The owner will welcome you in a warm and familiar atmosphere.
SERVICES
The farmhouse offers to its guests: a large garden, a spacious veranda furnished with tables and chairs, a breakfast room with a relaxing corner for those who loves reading, a swimming pool in a panoramic location equipped with sun umbrellas and beds, city bikes for excursions through the hills. From the farmhouse some paths will invite you to a pleasant walk to discover unique panoramas overlooking the sea. At only 15 km a beautiful manege wait those who love riding excursions. The swimming pool will be opened from the 1st June to the 15th September (approximate dates). The farmhouse produces and sells its own olive oil.
ACCOMODATION
The Farmhouse has six rooms: “Iris” (double room with a large terrace), “Rosa” (twin room with a spacious terrace), “Orchidea” (large double room with bunked bed), “Ginestra” (two connected double rooms), Lavanda e Mimosa (double rooms). All rooms have Tv, bath room with shower or bathtub and air-dryer.
